I'm So Happy

As I grow older I find myself growing more an more bitter to the goings on of the place we call Earth. Seldom do I ever find any sort of reason to get excited other than when my girlfriend comes to visit or when old uncle paycheck makes a stop in my bank account.

Such is especially true when the subject of television is brought to the scene. Between mind numbing shows like Honey Boo Boo and Real Housewives of (insert city here) and the faith in humanity shattering news media, a man is hard pressed to find any sort of light in this world...

Last night that all changed.

One of the greatest gifts to humanity came back into our homes last night, The Walking Dead made it's triumphant return to Americas living room screens and I couldn't be happier. I won't go and spoil any of the plot for anyone who hasn't seen the episode yet, but know that it sure is good to have our old friends back.

I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say, "We love you Walking Dead, don't ever leave us again..."

Ever...

I've never watched the Walking Dead before but from the sheer amount of people I know who rave about it that has got to change!

Now that the walking dead is back I must once again condition myself to staying the hell away from the internet on Sundays until I get home from work. I have a friend on Facebook that is horrible with the spoilers the second the show is off the air. She almost got me last night.

It's amazing to me how many terrible TV shows there are out there. I'm glad to see that at least one bright light is back.
