Halloween 2012 Party Ideas: Bloody Floats

This is it guys and gals of the night. Today is the big day that all of your Halloween planning and preparing has come to, it's PARTY TIME BABY!! But before you go and think there will be no more ideas for the night of horror, think again! I got one more gory family favorite of mine up my sleeve that is super easy to prepare in a few minutes and will leave your guests craving more.

What you will need:

  • 4 Cups (32 Ounces) Concord Grape Juice
  • 750 ml Sparkling White Wine or Apple Cider
  • 1/2 Cup of Lime Juice (About 4 Limes)
  • 1 Pint Raspberry Sorbet

The setup:

In a large pitcher, combine grape juice, wine, and lime juice. Scoop sorbet into eight small glasses and top with grape juice mixture. Serve immediately.

It's as simple as that everyone! You all have a wonderful Halloween night and if you do any drinking, please stay off the roads until you sober up. The world already has enough ghosts floating around and they don't need you to join their ranks.

Oo yummy! Almost makes me want to give up my Newcastle Werewolf blood red ale! (Or Vampire red wine... or Werewolf red wine... or Poizon red wine... or EVIL red wine -- they can keep the "Pure Evil" white wine, blah -- oh hell I'm stocking up... I plan to be drunk through the entire zombie apocalypse!)
